Trouble accessing your Petszoogle account

Head to www.Petszoogle.com and click “Login” in the upper right corner. If you’re already signed in, you’ll see your name in the top right corner. If someone else is signed in, put your mouse over their name and select “Sign Out” from the menu that appears. Then, enter your email address and password.

I’m not getting emails from Petszoogle

First, check your email spam folder. If our emails are ending up there, add us to your address book or safe sender list so our emails get to your inbox.

Once you’ve used your Petszoogle voucher, the business will redeem your Petszoogle voucher when you present it to them.

Where can I see my purchase history?

We send an email confirming each purchase you make that should have all the information you need. If you don’t have that email, you can find this information by signing into your Petszoogle.

Just click “Register” in the top right corner, and give us your name, email address, and create a password.

Head to www.petszoogle.com and click “Sign In” in the upper right corner. If you’re already signed in, you’ll see your name in the top right corner. If someone else is signed in, put your mouse over their name and select “Sign Out” from the menu that appears. Then, enter your email address and password.

Resetting your password

Click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your Petszoogle account and click “Submit.” Make sure to wait a few minutes for the email with the reset password link to arrive. Requesting a reset link multiple times in a row will cause further delays. Also, make sure to check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email.

Can I buy more than one deal at a time?

Yes! You can buy different Petszoogle services in one transaction using our shopping cart feature.

How can I add items to my cart?

To add an item to your cart, just click “Add to Cart” on the deal page. The item will be added to your cart automatically, and you can click “View Cart” to complete your checkout. You can click on “Add to Cart” for as many products as you choose to purchase at the same time, and the “View Cart” will display all the products you have selected. This is to simplify your shopping experience.

How can I delete an item from my cart?

Click the View Cart icon during checkout, then click on the Red X “Remove this item” to remove the product completely.

How long do I have to buy a deal?

All Petszoogle deals are only available for a limited time. Our deals have a clock on the product page of every selected product. The clock continues to count down until the deal closes. If a deal says “Limited time remaining,” it means the deal can sell out at any moment, so be sure to get it fast!

How many Petszoogle can I buy for a deal?

Check the deal’s Fine Print for restrictions. It will list how many you are allowed to buy for yourself. You will only be able to purchase this total quantity on the checkout page once you click “Add to Cart”

I didn’t get a confirmation email – did my order go through?

Check your Petszoogle “My Account” page to see if your order went through. If you still can’t find the Petszoogle you’re looking for, try signing out and back in with any other email addresses you may have used (like your work email)

What currency will I be charged in?

Purchases made on Petszoogle.com are charged in US dollars unless specified otherwise. For example, a deal that lists C$12 as the price will be charged in Canadian dollars.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept major US and Canadian credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept most international credit cards.

 

Expired Petszoogle Voucher

What happens if my Petszoogle voucher’s promotional value expires?

After the expiration date printed on your Petszoogle, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the merchant for the amount paid towards the services listed on the Petszoogle. For example, if you paid $10 for a Petszoogle voucher redeemable for $20 worth of dental service, that Petszoogle voucher is still valid for $10 worth of food at that business after it’s expired.
